Waitlist? Do we go to the airport?

Hey all,

I've been dealing with Chase for the last 24 hours to get my Mom home for a death in the family and I keep getting different answers from each representative I speak to and it's been nothing but a nightmare.

The last representative said that my mom is on wait list status with the airline but when I go to Chase itinerary, it shows the flight information for tomorrow and everything. It also says "Your reservation is booked and confirmed. There is no need to call us to reconfirm this reservation."

The Chase representative said that my mom does not have a ticket at this time. I don't understand. Can anyone explain this to me? They said there was no cabin space in this class and that we would have to pay to upgrade her seat. And I don't understand why it says my reservation has been booked and confirmed.

Super frustrated with everything, any help would be really appreciated.
