Travelling with pregabalin (have researched but confused)

I'm sorry for such a generic question, but when ive googled it, all i find are unreliable reddit posts from stoners and misleading articles by tabloid newspapers.

I take 300mg lyrica/pregabalin which is now a Class C. Whilst the drug is different pharmacologically, think of it like Valium or Xanax if you aren't familiar. I also take effexor/venlafaxine 150mg (an SNRI, similar to SSRIs like prozac and sertraline legally.)

I'm a keen traveller and I'm not sure if I should stary withdrawing/looking for alternatives whilst corona is about, so I can travel freely when everything opens up again. If I'm travelling to Japan/Indonesia/Singapore, can I bring it with me (I'd have less than a month's supply?) Assuming I brought a doctors note.
