So me and my brothers are traveling to India middle of 2021 (hopefully). For Christmas I wanted to get one of my brothers a few days spending money in Rupees as he is getting the plane tickets as a gift as well. However I went to the bank and they said they couldn't do the transaction due to some world wide hold on money changes outside India. Is there anyway I can make this happen? Can I get a preloaded Rupee card of some kind to give my brother? Any help would be appreciated. I can find no information on this hold online.
