Hello everyone,
I very recently started learning Arabic through an online course (as in I probably only know two words) and decided that the best way to solidify my language skills is to take an immersion course. The countries that come up the most are Morocco, Egypt and Lebanon.
Even though I have started doing my own research, I would appreciate advice, tips, and personal input from people who have either done an immersion program, have travelled to either of these countries, or even better a combination of the two.
I have experience with traveling, but unfortunately I have never had the chance to visit Africa or the Middle East so my knowledge is limited. Since I know each country is unique and everyone experiences it differently, I am looking for some simple pros and cons that stood out to you. (Again, even feedback on immersion programs in general would be helpful).
