My wife and I are looking to take the family on vacation in early June. We are traveling from Denver, so Mexico seems to have the most easy flights for traveling with a young family, but we are open to other suggestions. Our requirements: a good kids club + babysitting options, a room comfortable enough to fit 3 in beds (or pullout) and a pack-n-play, and direct access to the beach (not crossing streets or shuttles). We understand no AI resort is going to have stellar food, but better food is preferred.
I have been looking a Cozumel because of the ease of travel, access to snorkeling from many beaches, and the relative safety of .the island if we want to go to town. I was narrowed down to the Iberostar or El Coz, but I don't think either has much like kids slides, water park, etc. Maybe those things are unnecessary at their ages and with the kids club option. But at this point my eyes are bleeding from looking at reviews and changing destinations. Looking for anyone with similar needs and experience that can help. Open to anything caribbean so long as I don't have to deal with long flights / more than 1 layover.
