Currently in Lithuania - I need to call US phones with a US phone number. Can anyone help?

I recently arrived in Lithuania from the US. Please don't ask how I got here, it's a long story and I doubt anyone would be able to pull it off right now.

I have a Metro PCS SIM card which doesn't work in this country but I need to call some US phones for my job. However, I'm required to call using a US phone number. I was told Google Voice can provide a new phone number but it's currently unavailable in Lithuania. Google Hangouts doesn't work very well either, as it makes my phone number appear as 'unknown' or 'private' in the recipient's phone.

Can anyone suggest a strategy that would help me generate a US phone number so I can call American phones with it? I urgently need this for my job, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking into Magic Jack but it's so far very difficult to find here. Also, my boss doesn't want me to call our US contacts from a European phone number (which I currently have) so it's not an option to use it at the moment.
