Expedia & Terrible Customer Service

I made the mistake of booking round trip flights through Expedia for a month from now. I have tried to make some adjustments that aren’t complicated and no one in their customer service team can understand what I am asking or wanting. Like they literally have no idea what I’m saying and they just pass me around and blow me off. Has anyone had any luck with a secondary customer support number or something? Their chat function is even worse.
