Not always, but about half the time I'll get super hot, then lightheaded, and start to faint. When this happens I always rush to the bathroom. The last time this happened, the air in the bathrooms was cold and fresh, and kept me conscious. I'm under the impression that sometimes, the air on a plane is just too heavily recycled and not fresh enough to provide me the oxygen I need. I'm wondering what I can do about this, since it's a gamble every time whether I'll faint. Is it actually an oxygen issue or some other issue? If it is oxygen, is there anything I can take on flights to keep myself conscious/healthy?
