Hey everyone, I'm planning a trip to San Diego and need a car. I'm looking at the reviews for all these agencies and each and everyone of them seem to have something terrible about them. One person states something about zones and how if you enter this specific California zone you'll be charged extra, many hidden fees, terrible customer service, etc. Anyone have any tips for a first time car renter? I really don't want to get screwed over on this one.
