Citi ThankYou Partners Not Available?

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with the Citi ThankYou Points? I know that Citi has tons of partners, but when I go to make a transfer, the only airline showing up is JetBlue?

This seems completely wrong. Anyone know what's going on?
