Flying into Paris, flying out of Amsterdam, with goal of visiting 1-2 German cities along the way in 15 days. Where to go?

Hello! Normandie is top of my list, so I figured a direct flight to Paris to see that then go to the coast was a good way to kick off the trip.

However, after Paris, I’ll have about 12 days to see a bit of Germany as well.

Where would you recommend?
