[US] Are you traveling internationally while WFH? If so, how are you doing this?

Hello,

I really like the idea of frequent traveling and having the income for it because I am working simultaneously. I hear about people doing this while traveling in their own country, and want to know if anyone's doing this internationally, how you're doing it, and what your experience is like. Are there any laws related to this to keep in mind? Do you use particular resources that lower the cost of your travels (i.e. look for deals on Google Flights, etc.)
