Can I use turkish credit with star alliance?

Hello I can't find this awnser online I have turkish credits with Expedia...yeah terrible company...the credits expire in a few months does anyone know if I can book a new flight using star alliance using turkish flight credits? Hard to find flights with turkish only as main provider from PH
