Gear/general questions for 3 weeks in Ecuador?

Flying in Quito - spending 2-3 days to acclimatize.

Then do the Rucu Pichincha hike, Illiniza Notre, and Quilotota

Then Cotopaxi, Chimborazo and maybe Cayambe.

Questions:

1. Is this enough time?
2. I'm going in November - from what I looked up, weather should be fine right?
3. What gear do guided treks give you, what gear do I need to bring? From what I read it should cost less than $300 or so for each of the taller mountains?
