Leaving for Lithuania on October 4th and I am planning to head north through Latvia, Estonia and Finland. So far all I've planned is Riga, Tallinn and Helsinki. I've heard that Tartu is a city that is worth visiting in Estonia but I am not too sure about Latvia in particular. Perhaps Jurmala? Is Lapland something to be done in October? I'll have a month to work with.
