Flying on RyanAir… worried about the size of the seat

So I’m flying via RyanAir on Sunday morning at Stansted Airport.

I’m quite a heavy frame and weigh around 150kg.

I’m worried if I’ll be able to fit in the seat… If not, what will the options be for me?
