how do i sit down in the plane

hi i have severe anxiety and am flying tomorrow, alone i know how to find my seat. unfortunately it’s in the middle. if someone is sitting on the outer seat, how do i sit down? do i just suck in my tummy and try to walk past them while they’re sitting down? is there even room for that? it’s ryanair so it’s probably really cramped do i have to ask them to stand up? but wouldn’t that be impossible when everyone behind me is trying to get to their seats?
