We are a couple in our 20-30s and we are looking to have a fun night for New Years (dancing, good food, maybe fireworks?) but to be able to relax for the rest of our vacation (beach, spa) and some excursions here and there. We've been to Mexico for our last two trips and we love it, but we would prefer another destination.
