Lack of Entry requirements making me anxious

I'm planning a trip to Germany as a UK citizen next weekend. It seems like the both the UK and Germany have dropped all of their restrictions when the passenger is vaccinated. According to Entry requirements I don't need to do anything other than show up with passport and proof of vaccination on both inbound and outbound flights.

Problem is over the last year getting on flights has been a whole deal of getting tested and filling out locater forms etc. And this whole process seems to simple to be true.

It's also my first time flying to an EU country since the UK left so I expected more restrictions than what I used to when I travelled to the EU pre-brexit, but it seems like a passport stamp is the only difference.

I was just wondering if anyone can put my fears at rest with a recent experience they've had travelling to Germany or even a county that's open without PCR tests to vaccinated passengers... Or confirm there is more to it than that.

I was wondering if airlines (specifically Ryan Air) has any policy about needing a PCR to board their flights or anything like that.

If you need anymore details please let me know.
