Is $4k enough for spending money for 23 days in Europe as a couple?

Flights, hostel accomodations and transfers between cities have already been booked and payed for via travel agent.

We will be visiting

Amsterdam

Paris

Nice

Several cities in Italy

Prague

Vienna

Budapest

Is $4k enough to spend on food (nothing too fancy, but would prefer not to cook), attractions (ie museums), and travel within the cities for 23 days? Thank you for all your help!

EDIT: Thank you for the responses, this is our college graduation trip so we're not expecting to live the 5-star experience, we just wanted to do a pseudo-grand tour of Europe before I start work. A follow-up question is what do you guys think is an adequate amount to have saved before going?
