Advice on sleeping on an incline at hotels?

I'm going to be staying in hotels a lot more due to work.

I've got a 7" inflatable travel Wedge from Amazon but that's not high enough. I have really severe gerd.

At home I sleep with an adjustable bed very high up and that works for my gerd.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a suitcase friendly travel Wedge? Or any other suggestions?
