I have £15k ($19k USD) to spend on travel. Recommend me 3 trips…

This will be the last time(s) we can travel far for a while since kids etc are on the near horizon for us (M/F 32)

Looking to take 3 separate trips of 2.5/3 weeks duration each, over the next 18 months, and have approx £5k budget for each trip including flights, accommodation, sightseeing, food.

We live in the UK (not near London)

Prefer to visit places outside Europe.

Where do you recommend that…

1. Isn’t too difficult to get to from the UK

2. You can see enough of that country in a few weeks to build a decent picture of it

3. Is good to visit in late December (i.e no freak weather)

We’re interested in most things but wildlife especially!
