Friends enjoy travelling with me because I seem to take all the bites for them and, despite my best efforts at blasting repellant and covering up, I always end up the sacrificial lamb. What more, I have "Skeeter syndrome"/get an allergic reaction to bites, which results in welts that takes weeks to regress.
Going to be doing some travel in SE Asia in a few weeks and am slated to spend the bulk of next year working in several equatorial nations; wondering what advice or products people have found good success with. Nets? Fans? An off-market chemical cocktail? Thanks in advance!
