Hi guys - has anyone had any experiences with Qatar just cancelling a flight out of nowhere? I was happy with the price I found with them, but today they simply told me one leg of my flight was now cancelled and to contact them - but it seems very difficult to do so.
Their website stays greyed out on all my browsers except Firefox when I sign in, and even when I use Firefox the link to chat with an agent just doesn't work.
I'm probably just gonna have to be on hold for their call center for a very long time but I'm just posting to ask if anyone has been through similar and if they have any advice. I've never had a flight cancelled before and this is pretty stressful for me.
