Singapore Airlines won't honor their rebooking policy

I cut tickets to Bangladesh for the 30th of January back in July, but now decided that I would not be going through with it and should just go later on next year. I looked up their rebooking policy online and it said, "all Singapore Airlines tickets issued on or before 31 July 2022 tickets issued on or before 31st of July are entitled to a one-time waiver of rebooking fees".

So, I just got off the phone with a customer service representative and she said that my ticket being "Economy Lite" was not even eligible to be rebooked rather than a waiver. I was furious and pointed out that it was not what their policy had stated. She said that there was nothing she could do about it. I'm pretty sure I'm being scammed as I have rebooked economy flights on SA before.

How should I even go about this? I have no idea to be honest...
