How to get over decisions burnout as a long term traveler?

At the beginning of the year, I sold pretty much everything that I owned to go travel for a few years. Probably one of the worst financial decision of my life. But life wise, it's been great.

I've been on the road since May. And right now, I feel burned out. I have about a week left on the South Island of New Zealand before I have to get the ferry back to the North Island. I should be making plans for the week. I checked myself into a holiday park (RV park) for my weekly shower and do some laundry (I travel in a small campervan).

I look at Google Maps, I know where I should be going generally. I know I want to look for peaks to hike in that area. And I just can't. My brain won't work right anymore. The daily decisions that I have to make: where do I sleep, where do I get food, where can I get water, etc.

I didn't have this issue before. So I ask this to other long term solo travelers, has this happened to you and how did you get over it? I have years left on my travel plans. I need to fix this.
