I’m planning a two week trip to Vietnam this December with my partner, we are currently in Thailand.
We are mostly interested in hiking activities, finding beautiful scenery and viewpoints. We love the outdoors.
We are really intrigued by North Vietnam, particularly Ha Giang, Ninh Binh and Sapa. We know that the weather is quite cold during this period, but we were wondering what to expect in terms of landscapes, is the nature still green and lively? We know that the rice terraces will be muddy but what about other flora? Are the trees green during this period?
