I went with my five siblings who are all minors to the airport. One of them had a medical issue and we had to stay in urgent care. I tried to call both the airport (LAX) and airlines (Turkish) several times with no answers. I tried to check in online but the check in was unavailable.
I came to the airport and it was about an hour before the flight, but the flight was delayed an hour so I had two hours. I came to the desk and there was someone there but they refused to let me in, even though the flight would depart in two hours. Called the rebooking/refund number, and they claimed they had no refunds, only rebooking, and the only available flight is a huge difference in price that I can’t afford.
I’m literally caring for my siblings and I’m young too. This is so stressful for me, I really can’t handle this, what am I supposed to do? Sorry if I’m dumping info.
Edit: Guys please stop scolding me, I get it. You don’t know what I’m going through in my life, I just want advice, if there’s any. If there’s not, that’s fine.
