Me and my friend [both 23] are debating on whether we should go to South Korea in february of next year. We have heard it gets cold, however we don’t really mind as we are used to it (we live in northern Europe). We were wondering how the nightlife in cities like Seoul and Busan is. Are the cities during the winter still vibrant at night, and how about the nightclubs?
