Ryanair opened check-in 2h before taking off so 40 people missed their flight

This happened to me yesterday.

Basically, it was just not technically possible to make to the flight because security check took veery long (queues). Ryanair employees said it's our fault. Though I was waiting in front of check-in counter 1h before it opened. So all lot of people lost a lot of money, including me.

What can we do about it?
