Hi all, I am starting to plan my year long car trip across Europe and I'm hoping you can help me out with some locations/activities. And I don't mean the obvious like see Rome, Paris or Copenhagen, I am hoping you can suggest some maybe less known spots that would suck to miss, maybe local to you?
In general preferably not cities (not a fan) or at least not big cites, maybe cute little towns and not too touristy. I love natural spots as well as abandoned areas, and anything with water gets an extra + so if you know of any stunning beaches please write them too :)

And from what I could recommend for others with similar interests and from my experience so far:
- Greece for amazing beaches, like some truly beautiful ones (outside of the major cities because those I do not recommend)
- Rummu abandoned quarry in Estonia a "crystal clear light blue lagoon" that you can snorkel in, there are abandoned buildings all around and in the water! There is a small fee to enter.
- Alps, I'm not a hiker or climber so I just rode up to one of the mountains there and the view was breathtaking.
- Now for the very touristy spots - Venice and the Wieliczka salt mine in Poland.
