Hi All,
I am a 23F solo traveler and thinking of doing Cartagena for my birthday. It'll probably be a small trip, a little less than a week. I've done a little research, and so far I've read that it's best to stay in the walled city, there are a lot of street scammers that will approach you & follow you, it can be dangerous at night, etc.
I just would like some insight on other things I should exercise precaution towards, as well as recommendations on what to do.
