I’m British and around 18 years ago I was arrested in New York for criminal damage, while I was interning there. I was given 1 days community service which I didn’t complete. I have since visited the US traveling to LA via Toronto. I was taken aside and questioned about it while changing flights in Toronto on my way to LA but was told I could enter. Would there be a possibility that I would be refused entry if flying directly to New York? I’m pretty sure there is still a record of it as I phoned the court house in Manhattan and it came up when searched
