What are some countries that don't allow you to enter if you've been to another secondary country?

My passport will expire next year. I've heard that there are countries that will not let you enter if you have a stamp from another country, for example Iraq. I feel like this is a good opportunity to go to those countries without hindering me from going somewhere else in the future. What are some of these "unwanted" passport stamps?
