Is there a website that publishes data on how full (or empty) specific flight routes are?

For example: Turkish Airlines flies TK0186 from Chicago OHare to Istanbul 4x a week. I will be taking this flight in April. Is there a way I can look up, historically, how full this route tends to be? It would help me decide whether it’s worth paying $40 extra to select an aisle/window seat.
