Time to spare before my 11:30pm flight (BOM to TPE) Suggestions to beat the heat?

My international flight from Mumbai is at 11:30pm, I am staying in colaba, so I will make sure to leave colaba by 6:30pm.

My check out time is 11am, (I’m able to extend check out til 2pm), so I was wondering what I can do to beat the heat for some hours between colaba and the airport?
