I am (now) a 63 three year old man, slim, short hair, balding since 21 and usually traveling with a woman. I have no tatts, no convictions, no record, never been arrested or any other legal issues ever! In my entire traveling life over 40 years on about 98% of overseas trips I always get selected for the drug/bomb scan of my shoes or belt or bag or some other combination. It happens less domestically at home in Australia. I have told various people I have traveled with what will happen and it usually comes true. WHY? I would love to know what demographic I fit. On a positive note the drug/bomb dogs always ignore me.
