When does post travel depression go away? Been crying on and off for 3 days (yikes)

I went to Belize with a travel group (28 strangers) and had the time of my life. It was first international trip and my first for many things. It was my first time flying, going snorkeling, ziplining, cave tubing, swimming at the beach… I also felt popular amongst my group, which is also a first. Since we’ve been back home, communication has slowed which is expected because everyone has their own lives to live but it’s really affecting me. I miss being around people all day, being disconnected from my phone, the beautiful scenery. I’m tearing up writing this. I booked another trip for January and i was excited all day but now I’m extremely sad again. Does anyone know when this will pass? I just want to get back to the way I was before :(
