Advice on the next trip to Vietnam (and Bangkok)

So I’ll be going to Vietnam in a week during monsoon season.

I have only 13 days so I feel I'll be very "busy" and I'd like to avoid that and enjoy myself.

I’m planning to spend a day in each location give or take: Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh, a trip in the Mekong Delta, Phu Quoc (if the weather is good), and then travel to Bangkok and go immediately to Siam Reap and on the 13th day I have the flight back home from Bangkok.

Since I’m pretty sure this is not doable without being in a rush, what locations would you guys recommend to leave behind ? I'm tending more to scratch Angkor Wat from my itinerary. Even though I'd really like to see it and I don't know when I'll be back to SE (although I do plan on coming back to see Thailand), I feel it's a bit out of hand i regards to the rest of the trip.
