Is it worth upgrading to business for a daytime 13h flight?

Curious to know what others would do!

Flying from UK to Malaysia. Flight departs at 11am UK time and arrives at 7am Malaysia time. I have flown this route over 20 times but only in economy. I was wondering whether I should bid to upgrade.

Outgoing fare is £800. Lowest bid is £920.

A business class seat is £2500 for the same flight, so the upgrade would be cheaper.

I’ve never flown business before. Is there any point if it’s a daytime flight and I won’t be sleeping for a large portion of it?
