Regrets while traveling

I flew to China last month and when entering you have to fill some paperwork with flight information and some other things I don’t really remember now. When doing things I noticed a lady with a small kid and some dude by her side. She was struggling to finish her paperwork, but you know, I had flown for something like 15 hours and I just wanted to finish my paperwork, get in the line and get to the hotel. I finished and the lady asks me for help in a language I don’t understand ( for some reason I thought she was Armenian, maybe I saw her passport ) I help her find her flight number and run away to get in the line.

Later in that travel I return via Japan, my flight back is via Narita. I had never been to Japan, and the hotel has the option to go via shuttle to the airport, but me being the super smart dude I always think I am, decide to go via metro. Of course Japan metro is somewhat different to the metro in other places and quickly I find myself somewhat lost and with not that much time before my flight leaves. Then a lovely lady with a small kid appears, with a broken English helps me and gets me going in the correct direction. BIG thank you.

So of course, I regret not being helpful to the lady in Shanghai, all it would have took was 3 minutes, the same it took for this angel in Tokio to get me going in the correct direction.
