Which airline crew has been consistently the best or the worst

After traveling with all different airlines, many more than 3 to 4 times. I think Air France crew has been very consistent, always smiley, friendly, very well trained (IMO), problem solvers rather than ignorers. Delta also has amazing crew onboard, Emirates crew goes out of their way and often knows what they are doing and won't hesitate to give you an extra drink or a second meal. I haven't flown with any SE asia airlines but I heard crew on-board is excellent. Qatar crew is very friendly, like to talk but it seems like they work like someone is constantly watching them, so it might come off as fake at times. BA crew is very well trained as well. I flew with BA 5 years ago and at that time, they cut down on meal services (mini KitKat for a dessert, imagine!) and even crew was kind of embarrassed by such a shameful service on a 9 hours flight.

i flew with Swiss at least 5 times now (transatlantic and to the ME), each time, no smile, plain rudeness when serving, very robotic attitude, take it or leave it. Lufthansa, same but with a tiny smile. Air Canada, just lazy, sort of have this attitude that no one can fire us so we can do whatever we want (i guess heavily unionized).
