Does anyone work for an airline or have any insight on how seriously that take customer feedback?
I’ve been finding lately that flight attendants are either incredibly rude or incredibly kind. I recently saw one attendant snap at a very elderly man to get out of the way as he struggled to get up to go to the bathroom. I could not believe that anyone would talk to an elderly person like that. I wrote in to the airline to inform them but just got a generic response back.
But then yesterday I had a flight where all 4 attendants were so pleasant and really just going above and beyond for all.
I used to work as a customer service manager and customer feedback was always taken seriously to help the business grow. I really wanted to start writing in for both good and bad experiences with airlines. But kind of wondering if this is just a waste of time… I have a feeling that these emails just don’t go anywhere.
