I have a flight coming up Monday. 12 hour, 4 hour layover, 4 hour flight, 3 hour layover, 3 hour flight.
I have probably been on around 100-150 flights, only time I ever slept on one was during a 20 hour flight and woke up with sudden turbulence.
On a recent trip that was around 4 hour flight I took 50 of Benadryl, worst flight ever. Eyes kept closing but my body wouldn’t let me sleep. Was at the point of near passing out the whole flight.
Any suggestions?
