Just been on the Wellington Cable Car, which is now a total tourist thing. What other originally useful transport links have been taken over by tourists making it difficult for their initial purpose?

I mean stuff that isn’t purpose built for tourists. Things I can think of -
San Francisco trolleys
Hong Kong peak tram
