I've got an Australian passport which is exempt from having to get a K-ETA and planning to enter South Korea soon but I'll be travelling from a country that isn't on the K-ETA exemption list. The wording on the official announcement just mentions countries not passports. I've checked the Australian government travel site and it says passport holders should be a-ok to enter without K-ETA.
Just checking if anyone has experience with this and if I should apply for K-ETA or not for peace of mind.
edit: actually when I go to apply for K-eta it just gives me a notice saying I don't have to when entering AUstralia in as country on passport so I guess it should be fine!
