Basically I got an email saying my bag was lost in transit after I flew in yesterday so I told them to deliver it to my college mailroom, unaware they would deliver it at 11 pm long after the mailroom closed. Despite me marking the "Do not deliver without a signature" option, a photo of the bag on some random, unidentifiable sidewalk was taken. When I walked around the area the bag was supposedly left in, I couldn't find anything, and they didn't even call me or attempt to contact me even though they were supposed to. There were hundreds of dollars worth of computer parts in that suitcase; do I have any recourse to getting a refund? I've already spoken with customer service and they were at least initially unhelpful.
